We know you want to maintain the best possible web presence you can for your customers. A well designed website projects your professional image. We will design your website so that each page is dynamic and easily accessed. For a web site to be truly successful, it MUST be kept current and fresh looking. That means updating with both text and graphics. By arranging with us for ongoing web site maintenance, you avoid the mistake of putting up a web site and then seldom updating it.

With a maintenance agreement, Katahdin Net can update your site, adding new content or information, on a regular basis. Monthly specials, bulletins and other information will keep your site fresh and up to date. You can contract with us to maintain your web site on an "as needed" basis or use one of the Maintenance Packages below. By contracting with us for regular updates, you are free to focus on your own professional activities without the need to learn the various Web coding languages or buy expensive design software. You will have the peace of mind of knowing your site is up to date, and working as it should be, no dead links or outdated text. Our customers can select a pre set Maintenance package, or have one custom designed to fit their needs.

Web Maintenance Package 1:
Once a month Web Site update
On a pre-scheduled date each month we will perform your requested updates.
You are invoiced the beginning of each month

Web Maintenance Package 2:
Quarterly Website update: (4 times per year January, April, July, October)
On a pre-scheduled date on selected months we will perform your requested updates.
You are invoiced the first day of each quarter

Web Maintenance Package 3:
Bi-yearly Website update: (2 times a year)
On a pre-scheduled date every six months we will perform your requested updates.
You are invoiced every 6 months

 

Web Maintenance Package 4:
Holiday Website update: (4 times per year January, April, July, October)
On a pre-scheduled pre-Holidays dates each month we will perform your requested updates.
You are invoiced the first day of each Month for the Holiday service level you request.
